Spicy Vietnamese Lemongrass Curry

Wish I knew about this product sooner!

I didn’t even know Red Boat made a Spicy Lemongrass Curry Sauce, so I was genuinely thrilled to receive it. I already trust their fish sauce, so my expectations were high, and this did not disappoint. The first thing you notice is the aroma. Bright lemongrass, fresh and citrusy, followed by a gentle heat that builds in a really balanced way. It is spicy, but not overwhelming. The flavour feels layered and clean, not heavy or muddy. What I like most is how easy it is to use. It works as a quick marinade, a base for curry when stirred into coconut milk, or simply spooned over roasted vegetables or grilled meat. It saves time while still delivering depth and character. It feels thoughtfully made and true to the ingredients. I love discovering products I did not know I needed, and this is now one I will keep stocked in my kitchen.
