Excellent in soups/sauces
We use this for cooking, in sauces, and caesar salad dressing. Excellent, pungent, delicious.

So excited for this one
The only fish sauce I can find that resembles classical Roman garum as opposed to liquamen. Even modern Italian fish sauce is liquamen / nuoc mam / nam pla.

A lil' extra suminsumin
OMG, fabulous! Since it's not filtered, I don't use for my clear brothes or dipping sauces, but for anything else, absolutely. I just hope I can continue to find product.
