It Ramps Up the Flavors
This salt is now a staple at my stove. I use it on so many things I cook, including vegetables. It ramps up the flavor in just about everything.

Good Salt
Excellent salt to sprinkle (lightly!) on a grilled steak or burger when Red Boat Fish sauce may not work as well. Definitely a good gifting choice to introduce someone to the wonderful umami flavor of Red Boat Fish Sauce.
