Gold Standard
There isn't another fish sauce that compares to Red Boat. IMHO, its the gold standard - delicious and clean flavor. It's nice to feel you can trust the process, and the ingredients in this product. It's how a pantry should be built. Love!

Excellent Fish Sauce
The 40 is an excellent Fish Sauce and we use it for cooking. The 50 is also excellent if you want to kick up the umami a notch.
