Hero Pizza Crust

These were delivered in HOT weather with no notification and packed with NO Ice pack. When i got hone from work and opened box it was hot from sun and the two bagged pizza rounds in plastic bags were full of condensation. I cannot eat them. Thry shouldve bedn shipped with ice packs in this AUGUST weather! I contacted your customer support and they will not replace or refund my money. I am VERY DISAPPOINTED! I will NO LONGER be a customer! Very bad customer servive and i will share my experience with everyone i know. If i could give a ZERO I would! I am contactinh mu credit card to dispute the charge because I feel i ordered and paid in good faith yet a food company didnt know to ship in very HOT weather with ice packs.
