Why I ordered a replacement
I ordered this bowl thinking my new mixer bowl was cracking where the center pillar connects to the bottom of the bowl. The new one looked just the same. Guess that’s normal. I didn’t bother with contacting the manufacturer as I just wasn’t wanting any hassle, which seems to be the norm lately. I apologize to NutriMill as I have no idea how you handle issues. I just haven’t had good customer support lately.
