Senzo Black Damascus 4.75" Utility Knife

Sooo Sharp!

I love my Senzo knife. Everything about it-- the handle grips so easily with the octagonal shape, and it's so sharp. The sharpest knife I've ever gotten (and I have a brother who is a wood carver and sharpens knives!).

What I Expected

First and foremost this knife is sharp. I have an entire line of Cutco and another Japanese knife and this one takes the cake for sharpness out of the box. I've used it almost daily for a few weeks straight now and it's holding the edge beautifully. The look and feel are also great, I did pick them out and they look just like I expected. Overall great buy.
