After researching several utility knives, I chose the Shun Classic 6", and it is a winner with no downside. After just 2 weeks it is already my go-to knife. It is beautiful with a slim damascus blade and blond pakkawood handle. It is of course razor sharp and slices through even dense product like potatoes and apples with ease. And so far it has held its edge nicely. The size, shape, and sharpness of this knife allow it to handle any cutting task except for large pieces of meat or bread.
