Finally had a slow Saturday morning that allowed me to make eggs, heat up some flour tortillas, and sausage to try out the Roasted Hatch Green chile sauce. It made breakfast memorable. Thank you for your work.

The Hatch has a great flavor and complement s eggs made anyway. The Serrano also has great flavor with an enduring kick that stays with you for a little bit… Good stuff!!😋
