Absolutely FANTASTIC,
I took a bottle to work and now my co-workers are ordering. I had one of them add a dry rub into their order for me this morning. Keep up the great work.

That sauce hits you on the front like some funky version of a steak sauce, but then you get that garlic and then the heat. That heat is strong, but manageable and does not overpower the flavor of the sauce. Tastes great on its own or mixed with other condiments. Steak, pork, chicken fingers, kielbasa, sautéed veggies and rice. It works.

One of the best hot sauces I’ve ever had. Black garlic adds a level of umami that is hard to find in other sauces. Only five ingredients utilizing local product. I shouldv’e ordered more because what I got is going fast.
