Caciottina Tomatoes and Basil

I tried this for the first time. I don't love it, not that there's anything wrong with it. It's just not to my liking. I love their mozzarellas, stracciatella (mixed into red sauce with meatballs, spread on garlic bread), mozzarella butter (great on top of roasted veggies like broccoli and on toast).
