Delicious, precooked for us is the way to go. Flaky and had so much flavor. We made Lump Crab Cakes and they were completely Restaurant quality, kudos to my wonderful Wife Susie

Excellent Crab
Everything went really well. Fast shipping and we have tried a number of places for crab meat and this by far has the best flavor and consistency to it.
