A Neighborhood Favorite
Made the alligator for a spring party this year… a lot of people were skeptical about trying it. Well, in the end, everyone had it and it got wiped out. I was asked where to buy it and sent them your way. Absolutely delicious! I marinated it in an orange juice concoction… was going to mix it in with ceviche to fool everyone… but, it ended up on the grill and came out fantastic! Will definitely buy a lot more next time. I only got ONE bite, lol! Glad to introduce a new delicacy to my friends, neighbors, and family.
