Grouper
The Pacific grouper is delicious. It arrives frozen on dry ice. A single order has 4-6 portions. The grouper is delicious once cooked. We enjoyed on sandwich, and as a filet for dinner. I prefer Gulf Grouper but the Pacific Grouper is a nice alternative. This grouper’s filets are thinnner than Gulf Grouper but Pacific has great taste. We’ll order again.
