Ambrosia for your taste buds
OMG, I am a fan of smoked salmon, and thought I would try the whitefish, which showed up yesterday. Well, I passed on dinner tonight to just eat this, piece by piece, standing in front of my refrigerator. I LOVE that the fillets are individually portioned, and the flavor is incredible. I ate half of one fillet without batting an eye. It's not too salty or smokey. A touch of sugar is brilliant. I'll polish off the fillet in a salad tomorrow.

smoked whitefish
ok. these were filets. moisture content was good, but not enough of the delicious whitefish fat i’d expect in smoked whitefish. also, the brine had sugar or sweetener in it. i am not a fan of sweetened smoked fish. would be much better w/o the sugar.
