A Gift for My Brother

My brother is the chef of the family and practically lives in the kitchen. So for his birthday this Sunday, I got him the Sonora Large Pan. I already own and love the smaller version, but the craftsmanship on this larger one is a work of art! I'll update my review with his reaction soon, but I already know he's going to love it!

These pans are the real deal… well made… artistic finishes, easy to clean, retain the heat and allows you to cook in lower tempetures. Great product, great service. They are expensive but they worth the price.

Great pan

The pan is great , easy to clean. I never noticed this with other pans , the tempature across the pan does not vary . Meat seems to cook consistent . Eggs not a problem . I will buy another in future
