Fusilli: Even Fewer Carbs

Better than Expected!

Going into this protein/fiber pasta game, you have to realize it’s not going to taste like regular pasta. Kaizen tastes pretty good. No cardboard taste like others. Lots of good EVOO, salt & pepper, and some parm, makes for a great substitution. I will definitely continue to purchase.

Perfect Pasta Salad

The Fusilli makes an absolutely delicious guilt free pasta salad. I like it better than any other pasta typically used in a pasta salad.

Love this pasta! I cant wait for them to carry spaghetti, fettuccine, and egg noodles. This pasta has made a huge difference in me being able to eat ‘pasta’ dishes again. I can not thank you enough! I know being a small business is difficult at times, but please know you are making a huge impact on people’s physical and mental well being by expanding their ability to go back to eating carbs like this.
