Grass Fed Beef Protein - Stick Pack

This stuff is amazing for the keto/low carb lifestyle. I mix it into Greek Yogurt (full fat) and its my little indulgence. I packet to a cup and a half of yogurt, eaten 1 tbsp at a time. Also this time of year, add in a few raspberries or blueberries, its amazing. Doesnt affect my blood sugar at all.

One of my favorite flavors. I mix a packet into 1.5 cups of full fat Greek Yogurt, delicious treat, low carb, doesnt affect blood sugar and a heaping tablespoon is all your need to indulge.

Non chalky, mixes great in coffee or yogurt or oatmeal. Only wish it was less sweet, but a great non dairy , non pea protein based protein with non digestive issues
