The flavor tastes like crushed up Tylenol mixed with Kool aid. And it does not full dissolve no matter how much water you mix it with. You have to stir/swirl it constantly between drinks or the undissolved gritty granules sink quickly to the bottom. Only been using it for a week, and see no difference. Going to keep forcing myself to drink it for the whole month to see if I notice anything.
