I love this class. It was short and intensive and progressive. I wish there were more classes than the seven days and that there was a volume two. . You can choose how much weight you want to work with. I am over 80 and was able to do them just fine and still feel challenged. If you want more, you could just lift heavier weights.

This really helped my left arm and shoulder which often have pain and stiffness due to the stenosis in my neck. I will continue to use this program over and over. Thank you.

I'm having hip surgery next week so I wanted to be sure my upper body was ready. Perfect class at the right time for me. Loved doing "prehab" ahead of time so I'm ready for "rehab" after surgery. Thanks to Better5!
