I like the class but wish there was a way they could show us a clock or the teacher could give us a better way to count down the exercises! I try to count myself but I’m always off!

This has proven both challenging & satisfying for me. I like the way it is divided into warm up/ exercises/ cool down sections. I have noticed some improvements already. Thank you to the instructor.
