Vetta 20L Daypack

I got this for long day hikes on our family trip out in the Rockies. There weren’t a whole lot of reviews out on this when I purchased it since it’s a newer product from Gossamer, so I was hoping for the best and it turned out awesome! The pack is super comfortable(I wore it one day while also having my 1 yr old strapped on the front and it still did great), it fits Nalgenes in the side pockets, and the roll top design is great for compressing down if the pack is less loaded or expanding up if I’m stuffing extra layers in. It had plenty of room for all the regular emergency preparedness stuff and extra water and snacks when we had our kids with us. The interior loop for holding a water bladder was the only thing I had to work around since my bladder doesn’t have a clip on. I just used a Velcro tie and that worked fine. I’d recommend getting the Gossamer paracord outer attachment, or you could add your own. Overall, great lightweight pack for extended day hikes!
