Product takes a couple of weeks to ripen while sitting on the counter. I suggest you refrigerate after the first week and take out what you want to eat and let it sit on the counter for several days to ripen so the entire shipment doesn’t ripen at once. Once you have that schedule down there will be no waste. These are excellent tasting avocados and we are happy with the service and the product. It sure beats store bought and hopefully these are truly organic as we trusted they are.

I would like to try other varieties. They are always sold out. I’ve been very satisfied so far.
