Trail Salad | Organic Fermented Crackers

I am loving these crackers, which I now use as an open face sandwich topped with hummus, tuna or chicken salad, nut butter or fermented cream cheese and lox. Yum! I love their taste and also knowing how good they are for me and my microbiome.
