TEST KITCHEN - HOT HONEY BEEF JERKY

The hot honey is the bomb,an,an the sweet an spicy is wonderful as well,but the teriyaki is not as good it's a little bit too dry for me I would like to buy a pound or two of the hot honey that's the texture is beautiful!

Very delicious and if you like spicy, this is for you! It doesn’t have much of a tangy or sweet flavor to it. Personally it’s slightly bland but it’s still good.

I had ordered this jerky twice. Once as a 2oz and again as a 1lb. I absolutely loved the 2oz, perfect balance of beefiness, subtlety sweet, dry with a perfect chew, and hot! The 1lb I just ordered however is a bit different. It’s softer, stickier, wetter, the heat is a little less, and I don’t taste the beer flavor as much, I’m not sure if the 1lb is a different recipe then the 2oz, but if so I’d keep ordering 2oz bags because I loved it. Three stars because the 2oz was a 5 and the 1lb is a 2
