JERKY CRISPS - NAKED

The Jerky Crisps are one of my favorite. When wanting something crunchy and salty, it’s my go to snack at home and it’s a perfect snack for traveling. I always share with my family and friends and they enjoy them as well. Thank You for making such great Beef Jerky! Best Regards, Rhonda B.

This is the only beef jerky I'm gonna eat as long as y'all keep making it. I'm not sure how well it would work, but you could try smoking the meat. Hickory or cherry wood or something. That might be good, if y'all wanna change it up a little. Otherwise, I love this stuff. Exactly how beef jerky is supposed to be made. DRY and crunchy--not that weird, moist sausage-like abominations that other brands dare call "jerky".

I've tried several meat chip brands. All were more pricey. None were more delicious than People's Choice. Some were a lot saltier, which I dislike. I made my own a few years ago in my food dehydrator so I know how much work goes into the process. I'm happy to buy these and enjoy them in the future.
