The Best Jerky on the Planet
OK, all your Jerky is awesome, but hands down my favorite is the Honey Jalapeño Old West Beef Jerky! The flavors meld perfectly and the heat is great! Not overpowering at all, just right. I also like that it is somewhat softer in texture, like the Honey keeps it moist.

I'm Impressed
This jerky rivals my own. That's a high compliment in my opinion. I've tried just about every jerky out there. It's almost always too soft, tasteless, bland. I started making my own jerky a few years back, and have nailed it. Y'all have nailed it too! I saw an ad for your jerky and what sold me is how you said in so many words, "You better have teeth to enjoy our jerky!" I knew then I had to give y'all a try. Now I know where to turn when I get lazy and don't want to spend the day making jerky. Thank you for y'all's fine products. I've tried four, and love them all, but the jalapeno is my fave. Well done!

Slipping, But Stil the Best Beef Jerky
When M&S Meats were an unknown and unsolicited ad on YouTube, I took a chance and bought their beef jerky. The product was shipped promptly and the beef jerky was spectacularly unique; large pieces of dried spiced beef that had to be torn in small shreds and chewed slowly, extracting all that savory flavor. It was "slab jerky" at its finest.
I recently made another order which took several weeks to arrive. When the product arrived, my Sons and I noticed that while the taste was still unmatched, the pieces were smaller and the beef jerky was not as dry as the previous order. Like other previous beef jerky companies, we're guessing that M&S Meats had many re-orders and they had difficulty filling them. M&S Meats kept to the same recipe that made them a standout among beef jerky companies; however, they needed to shortcut the time required to dry the meat by using smaller pieces of beef and further reducing the drying period. With less moisture in the beef jerky, the package contained less product because the beef jerky is sold by the pound. Nonetheless, we're still not disappointed by M&S Meats' beef jerky and we'll probably make another order,
