You have horrible customer service. My order was intended as a Father's Day gift for my son. It was supposed to arrive on July 19. It was not delivered until July 1. I sent messages and all I received in return was an automated message saying the order was on the way. The order was not on the way, it was at the distribution center in Jacksonville, FL for many days. No compensation was offered. My family has ordered jerky from your company many times. This will probably be our last.

Delicious thin crispy jerky, unique. Wish they offered more quantity for the cost, it’s very expensive. And I wish this chili flavor was more spicy. But I still love this brand and concept and have become addicted!
