O.N.E Multivitamin

Have subscribed for this multivitamin. It is comprehensive, the producer is of good reputation and it saves the need for a dozen separate vitamins, as a base level for supplementation this cannot be recommended enough.

Ticks a lot of the boxes without duplicating ones that would otherwise require a larger dose with an additional supplement taste is not great - don't let it linger on the tongue for too long!

Great all round multivitamin. Only one capsule needed per day, no after taste and a small size to swallow. Only half way through the pot so not been taking long enough to see full benefits yet. As usual a great service and product range from Healf too!
