This has become my default magnesium. The Pure Encapsulations magnesium glycinate is excellent as well, I've tried both - this one seems to agree with my very tempermental digestion the most, but both have been gentle on my stomach. I will stick with this one for now. I appreciate the third-party testing and clean ingredients, and decent dosage as well. Appreciate that it seems to be well absorbed, rather than causing loose stools, though it can help with motility too. I take one with a meal twice a day, sometimes more.
