Women's Daily Probiotic

Goes down very easily, tablet size isn't too big. Not sure if it's placebo effect but my digestion seems to have improved. I haven't noticed a huge difference but I will continue to take these daily (first thing before eating is best) and hopefully notice more benefits.

Easy to take and fits well into my routine. I like that it’s just one capsule a day and feels simple and clean. Overall feels like a solid everyday probiotic i can stick with.
