Great vest while it lasts

As others have said, this doesn't last 4 hours. My wife and I wore them to go for a walk on a hot day and they lasted about an hour before becoming fully liquid. That said, they were terrific while they lasted, making what would have been an impossible walk quite doable. I'm happy with my purchase, but would have been happier had it lasted longer.

They cancelled my shipment, though it didn't notify me of this directly, and I only found out once I saw that it hadn't been re-delivered back to its original location. They still haven't explained what happened or why over a week later, and have done very little to reconcile the situation. As a "courtesy", they gave me a replacement 20% discount code, however this is the exact same code that anyone is pretty use on their website for their 4th of July sale. The same product I ordered is now out of stock, as they resold what I had already bought, with no word as to when they will have more in stock - so I'm now doubly burned from this error on their end, which they have done virtually nothing to rectify. Very disappointing experience overall. I ultimately had to buy from a completely different vendor (and at a better price)
