The product works great. The only thing I see the straps aren't long enough. Alot of your buyers are probably older heavier women. Straps aren't long enough My suggestion include maybe 2 4" strap lengths to add on.

Product arrived and was not as advertised. The materials of construction were significantly different that what was described and depicted on the Stryde website. It also lacked any branding, which raised concerns that these were the exact items several others have provided feedback on as being overpriced knockoffs out of China. I immediately requested a 100% refunds, to include shipping costs, and a return shipping label. They offered 50% refund and to keep the product. I refused that offer and referred them back to my original request. Now it’s been two days and I believe they are now attempting to ghost me. I’ll give them till Monday and then I file my formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau and the Federal Trade Commission for false advertising and intentional mis-representation of a consumer product.

The product did not fit because of the width of my knees. I have been going back and forth getting a return and they keep offering me a discount to keep the product. The product does not fit and I need a return address to send back but for some reason, they will not provide. This will be elevated to involving my bank to intervene. I cannot and will not recommend this product. Very immature customer service and does not operate as a legitimate business. Keep your money!!!
