It's ok.
Overall, it does keep you cooler than without wearing it, but I am not a fan of the tie in the front. It should be a snap or something easier and quicker. The biggest issue is that the weight of the ice puts direct pressure on your throat with the tie in front, which is not a comfortable sensation, especially while running. You get used to it after awhile, but it's not ideal. The ice in the XL fully loaded lasts about 1 hour in Houston heat and humidity.

A savior in the desert
Living in PHX this thing does an amazing job of helping me stay a bit cooler. Even here in this heat the ice last about 45 min which I find great when it's 90+ even in the morning. Would definitely recommend.

Love my Ice Bandana
Great ! Excellent design and well executed. Loved how all the small details were added - like the slightly adhesive rubber so it doesn't flop around your neck. The nice soft fabric which makes it easy to knot around your neck.
