They're already there when you load up, and because they retract, they don't tangle. Pull the strap to your load, hook it on and ratchet it down. The patented dual-pivot mount lets you secure cargo no matter the angle.

Very Useful Addition to Ram 3500

This isn't my first set of these Ratchet Straps, I had a set on my F450 and they were very useful for securing loads in the bed. My only wish is that the ones for the RAM 3500 were as heavy duty as the ones for the Ford. I understand that the mount approach is probably what prevents this.

I love but one suggestion

I think these ratchet straps are amazing but I have a deck toolbox in the back they fit, but I had to flip them upside down so the righteous straps at the top. It’s a little tight but they still work. Maybe suggest a an extension for the ratchet strap to come out and up a little bit but other than that, they work amazing I would definitely recommend you.

I’ll admit that I was a bit skeptical when I ordered these but man are they a great quality product. Installation was nearly as simple as the video (not quite though) the straps themselves are absolutely bulletproof and super well made. I could not be happier with this purchase. Not cheap and that’s a good thing!
