I have not noticed any difference in hair growth or nail growth but it has been less than 30 days so I will maybe get another bottle and see. I sent a question about when and how to take the supplement but never heard back.

it’s only been three weeks of taking the vitamins but i have high hopes for these vitamins. will continue to take them to hopefully see thicker, fuller hair. all in all, i am pleased with the vitamins!
