York Barbell Cast Iron Hex Dumbbell

Dumbbell good. Packaging bad.

The dumbbell is fine. Unfortunately it was shipped with loose Styrofoam pieces that made a terrible mess when I opened the package. Couldn't even recycle the eco-friendly box because of the Styrofoam pieces clinging to it and my skin. It was so bad that I sent the box with its eco-nightmare packing back to the shipper. Maybe they will realize what a bad idea using loose Styrofoam pieces for packing purposes is and stop doing it. Maybe even start thinking about environmentally friendly alternatives? It could happen...

York Barbell 60 lbs

These are very well made and work well augmenting my old 45 lb and 55 lb York Cast Iron dumbbells. My only regret is they don't have the York name imprinted on them like my old ones do.
