Explorer Series - 8" Chef Knife

The actual best knife I've ever used. On top of that, I was sent an email on how to maintain the knife properly so I'd never have to buy a new one. I'd give it a higher score if possible.

I really like how sharp it is, the carry pouch and thw hole on it BUT i bought this knife to be a chef knife and to be honest its heavy, uncorfortable (especially using the monkey paw method), the rigid side will ruin your fingers and i didnt like actually chopping with it! It is best used for meats or outdoors not for home or professionall use….in my opinion
