Gator 7.6" Butcher Knife

I bought this knife for my son up in Alaska and he is a big barbecuer and smoker and he is absolutely thrilled with this knife 😀 He’s not a store bought kind of knife buyer because it’s such a waste. I’m sure he will be buying more of these knives!!!

We absolutely love the look and functionality of the Gator knife. The finger hole design allows for added stability while using such a sharp knife. All Coolina knives are top quality, and I am sure we will use them for years to come.

Good weight and sharp as all get out. It’s a bit smaller than most butcher knives, but I have smaller hands and was exactly what I was looking for. Cut through meat like butter and heavy enough to make easy work of bone and joints.
