Daozi 8" Butcher Knife

I use the Daozi and rhe 7” Chef the most and love them both! My bonus knives, the Tungsten and Fixed are rapidly climbing the ladder. The fixed is an excellent skinner as well. Everything I’ve received from Coolina has been top notch.

This knife might be my favorite everyday cutting/slicing instrument. Light weight but not in performance.

I have 12 cooling knives in my collection, and this is my new favorite!
