Our wine is working!!
We were out of pectin enzymes and wanted to fast to get the wine started. We ordered, received it and it’s working!! Thank you!

What a great product!
I used the pectic enzyme to clear 3 of my strawberry wines so far. Upon racking and some tiny tastes yesterday, I am happy to say they are clearer and beautiful, even in their young state! I am super grateful!
