Fermentation started almost immediate.
No complaints about the Red wine yeast but the shipping cost charged was too high!

71b yeast
Use 71b for my mead. It is gentle and never fails me.

Very fast fermenter
Used for a cyser. OG 1.105 with TOSNA, 2 gallons fermented to 1.000 in 6 days at 70-72F. This has to be the fastest primary I have experienced for any mead. Tastes rough at this stage but I expect it will mature nicely given time.
