Worked as it should

Pitched directly to wort, and was active within 12 hours. I pitched two packets in 5 gal. pasteurized honey/blackberry mead. I would use this product again.

Healthy yeast

Order arrived in good time, and the EC-1118 yeast seemed to enjoy the nutrient very much - moving my mead to secondary fermentation in the next few days and performance is excellent so far.

Shipping time too long

My order was placed on 8/16/2024 and received 8/29/2024. I’m not sure why you are having trouble with shipping but this is not acceptable.
