Over the years I have tried numerous electrolyte pouches, these are definitely at the top. The POG and the Paloma are quite delicious. They have the right amount of sweetness to make it a delight to drink and hydrate. The electrolyte blend seems to be better for me personally. I have felt more refreshed and alert while consuming Instant Hydration compared to other electrolyte pouches

Love all the flavors. When I feel hungry or I need of something sugary, I just take a few sips and the cravings go away. And I love it that it keeps me hydrated, especially that I am a teacher and I need lots of energy. This keeps me with natural energy. Nothing added into the drink or powder.
