Excellent source of protein and amino acids

I love the texture. I heat whole milk on the gas stove, and use my frother to mix. It is on the sweet side so I use an additional 1/2 cup of milk per serving. It is an amazing morning, pre-workout drink. Loaded with protein!

This product turned one of my favorite drinks high in sugar into a healthy option. What a brilliant idea! The taste is really good and it curbs my cravings.

Love, love, love, the bone broth hot chocolate. I drink it in the morning instead of coffee and because it has 25 grams of protein I feel satiated longer. And, It’s not to sweet.
