I have one shake in the morning after I workout or run. I feel like it starts the recovery phase with a blast of protein. It keeps me full until I eat lunch. And, most importantly, it tastes great!

Slate shake

I drank my first chocolate shake yesterday. I cannot believe it has 42 g of protein and it’s so delicious with no aftertaste. What a great meal replacement and a great way to get your protein in. Love it so far.

Amazing taste!

I am genuinely surprised at how great these taste! The texture and taste combined with the texture is like none other. I have hated every protein shake I’ve ever had except this one. I thought the reviews were fake but I now see they were not!
