Lemongrass Mushroom Jerky Hits the Spot

I've used lemongrass a lot in my cooking so the Lemongrass Mushroom Jerky was something my family had to try. Well, it definitely lived up to the expectations. Between the chewiness of the mushroom along with the savory flavor of spices mixed in with lemongrass gave this jerky a distinctive flavor profile that hits the spot.

Tasty, but somewhat disappointed

I am a huge fan of Pan's Mushroom Jerky, and have tried every flavor. I was very excited about this one as I love lemongrass, but unfortunately I don't get any lemongrass from this jerky. It's still tasty, but I do not get a lemongrass flavor at all. Also, the jerky in the bags I received was very hard and crispy, which is not the norm for Pan's.

Really like the flavor..........like all the flavors really

Really like the flavor. Other people that i share it with also enjoy it. I have pretty much all the flavors of mushroom jerky This one is light and delightful tasting as well... Recommend it.
