At last!
We were thrilled to get a great Mozzarella. We used it for Paninis with tomato, pesto and basil the first night. The 2nd night we made a Chik'n Parm using Rebel Mozzarella and Rebel Parmesean - I hadn't had this dish in over 10 years, and it was amazing. Love the new Mozz!

Best vegan mozzarella that I have tried. So many vegan cheeses have a strange texture or weird after taste. This one was definitely different and better! I can’t wait until it’s in local stores so I can afford to buy it more often!

I am alergic to wheat and dairy and cane sugar. It has been years since I've had a real pizza....but with this mozzarella, pizza is back in my life! Oh, and cheese on lasagna! Game changer!
