Mozzarella

Excellent mozzarella!

This is an excellent mozzarella! It is creamy and matches the flavor of the traditional, dairy-based cheese. I’ve made caprese salads with it and used it melted into a rigatoni casserole, but more than anything else, I love to eat it by the slice! Can’t wait to try your other offerings!

We've had it before. We thin slice it, add thin sliced tomatoes, fresh home grown basil and balsamic vinegar. We're pretty much stuck in that loop. We know there are many other options, but frankly, it doesn't last that long around here.

Very Impressive!

I have a few friends that are vegan and wanted to make some pizzas for a party they were hosting. I could never find the right cheese that both baked well, was easy to work with, and complimented my dough/sauce recipe. Found it! The Rebel mozz was perfect... everybody loved it! Thank you!
