Very Impressive!
I have a few friends that are vegan and wanted to make some pizzas for a party they were hosting. I could never find the right cheese that both baked well, was easy to work with, and complimented my dough/sauce recipe. Found it! The Rebel mozz was perfect... everybody loved it! Thank you!

I've tried several vegan cheeses and by far Rebel Cheese has the best!! My daughter is super picky and loved the mozzarella! I loved it too! Melts perfectly for pizza and anything else!!

The mozzarella is great. Bobby couldn’t tell the difference between regular mozzarella and this. But the cheese is so expensive and the shipping is so expensive. I don’t see purchasing this on a regular basis.
