The black truffle pecorino is amazing

The black truffle pecorino was my introduction to Rebel Cheese. Due to some health issues, I am now on a plant based diet. I have some of the best cheeses in the world in both France and Italy. I can truly say that I can continue enjoying world class cheese with Rebel. My wonderful wife presented me with an assortment of Rebel’s for our 60th. Best give ever!! Can’t wait to try the others.

This one is a Keeper

I can not tell you how much I love this cheese. You guys have nailed the Brie and now this fills a much needed gap for me. I shared it with my neighbor who is from Italy and she demanded I let her know how to order it even when I told her it was vegan cheese. I do not think she believed me. Thank you Rebel Cheese!

Love truffle!

I love anything truffle flavored and was happy to try this new cheese flavor. It did not disappoint! The truffle flavor is strong and I paired it with some sourdough crackers. Will definitely order again! Please consider distributing into other states? I would love to be able to pick up Rebel Cheese in my local grocery store instead of having to deal with shipping cost and wait time. (I live in Birmingham)
