An all-around hit at Goodies 'n Grinch Christmas in July!

I put them all out on a cheeseboard so each one could be tried. There was not even one negative review. Opinions ranged from "This is good" to "WOW! This one is delicious!"

Sooo good

I absolutely loved this cheese and keep thinking of ways to use it (on pasta, pizza, etc). It's delicious on crackers as well, though the flavor gets a little strong/overwhelming when eaten by itself. This was my personal favorite from my order.

Grated Over Pasta *Chef's Kiss*

We grated the cheese over a mushroom pasta for an amazing creamy umami flavor. It was transformative! We felt that this cheese was best for cooking, rather than eating it sliced with crackers.
