Great flavor
I bought this flavor for my husband because he loves Cheddar cheese. Since we are vegans it is so wonderful to still be able to eat something so flavorful and no animal had to be abused and slaughtered for ones enjoyment. I have been buying Rebel cheese for about 2 yrs. and will continue to do so.

Love love love
This is such a good smoked cheddar. It reminds me of a firmer version of now unavailable Miyoko's Smokehouse Cheddar wheels, but firmer. I used to make the most delicious jalapeno poppers with that. If the Rebel Cheese Smoked Cheddar was available in a store near me, I'd definitely try it in jalapeno poppers. :)
